I am obsessed with shooting couples sessions, and not just for couples who are getting engaged. Some of my favorite sessions happen when there’s no big milestone at all, just the two of you spending time together and having a little fun. Whether that's grabbing a drink at your favorite dive bar, watching the sunset on the coast, hiking your favorite trail, or simply hanging out at home, I want your session to feel more like a date and less like a photoshoot. I get so giddy when I get to shoot a family session! These sessions are about pressing pause for a moment and documenting this season exactly as it is. "Nooo waaayy, these are so PERFECT"
Amelia and Daniel's wedding day was such a good one. They started the day with a first look at Rood Bridge Park, said their vows in a gorgeous old Catholic church, and then we explored downtown Hillsboro for some dreamy portraits before heading to the reception. The night ended with dancing, laughter, and an incredible mariachi band at the Walters Cultural Arts Center. It was one of those wedding days that felt so true to them from start to finish.

I got to capture Ryan & Kendra's wedding at Mildred Hall in 2024, and it was one of those days that just felt so familiar and homey. It was small, intimate, and completely centered around the people they love most. The connection between these two was undeniable, and documenting their day felt effortless. Honestly, it was one of those weddings where I had to stop myself from taking a million photos because every moment was so sweet.
